Counterfeit skincare is not a cheaper version of the real thing — it is an unknown formula on your skin. The serial on the seal tells you where your unit actually came from.

Find the seal
Every unit that ships through an authorized seller carries a holographic seal. It is applied at pack-out and cannot be moved to another unit without destroying it.

Read the serial
Seven digits, printed beside the brand mark. Each one belongs to a single unit — no two units carry the same number.

Check it here
The serial tells you which authorized seller received that unit and when it shipped. If it does not match where you bought it, we want to know.
A unit with no seal, or one whose serial does not match where you bought it, did not come through an authorized channel. We cannot vouch for what is in it or how it has been stored, and it is not covered by the brand.
