Privacy policy.

What we collect, why we collect it, and what we will never do with it.

Last updated 26 August 2026

What we collect

We collect what an order or an account needs and little else: your name, contact details, shipping and billing address, and the contents of your order. Licensed professionals applying for a wholesale account also submit business details and a state licence, which we hold to verify eligibility.

How we use it

To take payment, ship what you ordered, answer you when you write to us, and — where you have asked for it — send you occasional email about the brand. Professional accounts additionally receive protocol and training material relevant to the products they carry.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone who is not helping us run the business. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and never stored on our systems.

Who else sees it

Only the services that carry out the work: payment processing, shipping and fulfilment, email delivery, and the analytics that tell us which pages are read. Each sees only what its job requires, and each is bound to use it for nothing else.

Cookies

The site uses cookies to keep a cart and a session, and to measure traffic in aggregate. You can refuse non-essential cookies without losing the ability to browse or order.

Your rights

You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. California residents have specific rights under the CCPA and CPRA, including the right to know, to delete, and to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information — we do not sell or share it in the first place. Write to us and we will act within the periods the law sets.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Contact

Write to privacy@orgahueusa.com with any question about this policy or about the information we hold.

Written for the concept preview. Before the site takes a live order these terms need review by U.S. counsel — this text is a placeholder for that review, not a substitute for it.
