Using the site
You may use the site to learn about the brand, to order for your own use, and — if you are a verified licensed professional — to order at wholesale. You may not scrape it, resell access to it, or use it to pass yourself off as an authorized seller.
Orders and pricing
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and exclude tax and shipping unless stated. We may correct an obviously mistaken price and will cancel and refund rather than hold you to it. An order is accepted when it ships, not when it is placed.
Returns
Unopened product may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. Opened skincare cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless it arrived damaged or was not what you ordered — in which case write to us and we will replace it.
Professional accounts
Wholesale accounts are opened only to holders of a valid U.S. state esthetician licence or medical credential, verified before the account opens. Accounts are for the licensed business named on the application. Wholesale pricing and professional-format products are for use and resale by that business, and the terms of the account are set out in full at onboarding.
Authenticity
Every unit shipped through the authorized channel carries a serialised seal, which you can check at orgahueusa.com/verify. Product bought outside that channel is not covered by us. If a unit will not verify against its serial, we cannot vouch for what is in it or how it has been stored, and we will not replace or refund it.
Product claims
orgahue products are cosmetics. Nothing on this site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and nothing here is a substitute for advice from a physician or a licensed professional.
Intellectual property
orgahue is a trademark of Bionic Lab Co., Ltd. The text, photography and design of this site belong to their respective owners and may not be reproduced without permission.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to what you paid for the product concerned. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
